Question about Insignia Televison & Video
My parents bought my daughter an Insignia DVD Player for Christmas. She was only 6 months old at the time so we did not use it that much. Well we are getting ready to take a 16 hour road trip and we plugged in the player and the main screen was black, so we plugged in the secondary screen and we could watch it fine. So I called Insignia and they told me to take to where I bought it. So I went to Best Buy and because I did not have my reciept they would not even look at it. So I cannot get anyone to llok at it to figure out the problem. And we only had this for about 6 months and have only used it at the most 6 times!!
Since your parents bought it, Best Buy might have the receipt in their name, I'd check this out. Di you happen to register it with the manufacturer?
