Question about SanDisk Sansa m230 MP3 Player
The device is SanDisk model m230. I have a bunch of music ripped from old CDs in mp3 format. There is no information about artist, title, genre or anysuch thing. (Not that I can detect) How do I arrange things by artist. When I plug it into my Windows XP, I see Sansa M230, then what looks like a directory called TCNANDO, and beneath that RECORD. Songs already on the device are not visible. I downloaded the PDF instruction manual and it is of no use. When connected to my PC, none of the buttons on the M230 do anything.
How do I work this thing from my PC?
Your USB settings are wrong. In the menu, select MSC for the USB and not auto detect. xlthim
