I just recently bought the microsoft lifecame vx-1000 and when i went to install it on a brand new compuer the disc wouldnt work. i then searched the internet including microsoft.com but it seems they've taken the page down. i tried to go to this site (

I assume since you mention ' new compuer ' that you are talking about a Vista computer. It should make no difference as the site I am about to send you to mentions Vista and XP o/s drivers for your webcam.

lifecam vx 1000 got it installed with the help of microsoft and there help page ..But had to have my com reformmatted last week now I can't find drivers for it now
