Question about Canon PowerShot A95 Digital Camera
All of my pics are turning out "red" and with streaks.
I took it in to Ritz camera, and the salesguy told me the image finder isn't working.
I have changed batteries, etc., but nothing helps.
Is this worth fixing?
I went to the Canon website, and did a search on my Canon A95.
I found out that this model along with several others, have been having the problems I described in hot, humid climates.
I learned that Canon is fixing this problem free of charge, including S & H.
So, I'm sending the camera back to them for repairs.

See this link. The symptoms indicate that the CCD (image sensor) is not working properly, and this service notice provides details on how to get this repaired, even if the camera is out of warranty.
