Cleaning glass cooktop surface

Our cooktop is about 3 years old and is getting more stained with age and the stains do not come off with the scraper and approved cleaning solutions. The surface seems to be bonded to the dark stains. We currently use a scraper and Weiman Glass Cook Top cleaner. Is there something else we should try?

WizYuo can try with sand paper grid #600, but you have to use it wet, Just pour some water on the top and get the sand paper wet and concentrate on the stains only, and they should come out without scratching the glass.
