i dont remember my password and i dont have password reset disk. what will i do now to fix it..

my password is not workiong and it ask me to reset password, now how to enter as safe mode, please let me know

If this is a Windows password, enter safe mode at start up, log in as administrator, from here you can clear any user passwords.
