Question about Gaggia Titanium Espresso Machine

Screen indicates to ventilate and won't allow any fuctions till ventilated. Have ran ventilate cycle several times, however machine still indicates to ventilate. Water flow is extremely low to nil when trying to ventilate.

Hi,

If you open the steam knob and only can get a half cup of water, then your flow meter in the machine have to be replaced.

If you need to replace the flow meter then it has spare part number: 286473300

Make sure to descale your machine often.

I took out from the top left of the machine the flowmeter, -without disconnecting it- and while operating the machine touch the circle part of the flowmeter with a strong magnet (from an old laudpeaker) ...and after a while the computer ordered the pump to work. a couplel of minutes of running whater and...Bingo!

My machine was stuck on rinse cycle now on ventilate...

Try first to continue filling up the water resovoir (UP TO FOUR times) to see if the machine completes the rinse cycle on its own. If that doesn't work contact Gaggia Customer Service in the US at 888-389-4123. Sally there was VERY helpful and should be able to resolve your problem.
