I put the power off but it seems to be hanged and is not switching off. its just showing power off .

I'd'd say your switch-the lock cylinder. Isn't the wheel lock just mechanically operated?

I was able to get the solution, press the following keys togather:
Power on;
shift;
space;
backspace;
hold it until phone switches on.
Do remember by doing this it you may loose all the personalized settings on the phone, also some of the programs installed on the C drive which you will have reinstall in case you need them.

At the point the transfer switchis suppose to transfer put a dc volt meter across terminals 23 and 194 in the transfer if you do not show 12VDC. Then you have a relay hanging upon the PCB board in the generator, need to replace board. If you are showing 12VDC and the switch is not transferring the problem is in the switch itself.

Power cycle the system. You need to go into lines/trunks and change the line typ from unsupervised to supervised so this will stop.

Does it seem to hang low or does it actually hang low? Readjust it. There is a switch that may hang high when the door closes. You just have look at what does what and what ain' doing what it is supposed to. first.
