If you dont get a tool like active password recovery the only way is to think for a restoring of the system.

But you may loose all your data and it will be like factory default better if there is some important data but some tool like tha bove and it will reset your password.

If am in your region I can do it free of cost because I saved so many computer by removing password with the above program.

Acer Aspire 3610

How far does it get in booting. Do you see the Windows screen with the side scrolling bar before it reboots. During the boot process, start hitting the F8 key once a second until it drops you into a menu where you can select to start in Windows with safe mode. If you cant get that far, hit the DEL key a few times a soon as you boot the computer to try to go into your BIOS. If you can get into either of these, I may be able to help you.

As far as I know, You can reset windows user account password in safe mode(F8 when booting up). But if you forgot administrator password, you must reinstall windows OS or use the "Windows Password Seeker". Official site: http://www.passwordseeker.com

Check if Caps lock is on. If there is a local administrator account you can sign on with instead, try that. If this is a work laptop you've taken home to use, it may be looking for your work's wireless network.

If you're running Windows XP, put your Windows XP (or recovery) disc in, load Windows Setup, then press R for Recovery in setup. You'll be asked eventually which installation of Windows you want to use, it's usually 1. It'll ask for an admin password, if you haven't set one, hit enter. Then type "fixmbr" and confirm the action. Restart, then that should sort your problem.
