Question about Canon PIXMA iP1800 InkJet Photo Printer
Hello, I have a canon pixma ip1800 and can't print anything as a message appears (as well as the 2 lights, green and red flashing) saying that paper is jamed (when it isn't, I looked everywhere).
When I press the RESUME button, as indicated, it doesn't make any difference. No difference if I switch off and on the printer neither.
I had the same problem and resetting the printer worked. From the Canon website:
Resetting the Printer By resetting the printer's power, the print buffer is cleared and certain sensors are reset. If there is invalid data in the buffer, or sensors are stuck in a particular mode; errors may occur. Follow these steps to reset the printer:
