Problem for Apple iPhone Smartphone

Iphone hangs at start up, only apple logo appears

ive downloaded recently a software where mails,sms,etc...appears at the home screen, after rebooting, the problem starts, it hangs up, btw, ive unlocked using Ziphone.

My iphone would not power on or off just the apple logo stays fixed on the screen. iTunes pickes it up bot nothing happens.
