Question about Dell Inspiron 1525 (dndppa1_3) Intel Core 2 Duo T5550 (1.83GHz/667Mhz FSB/2MB cache) 120GB/3000MB PC Notebook
This has to do with a malfunction in the ejection system in the drive. Sometimes this can be caused by a little dirt or corrosion on the mechanism, however, a majority of the time the problem cannot be fixed and the drive has to be replaced. Start by removing the drive from the machine, taking it apart, and cleaning the inside where the ejection mechanism is. If cleaning doesn't work, then I'm afraid you'll have to replace it.
