5th generation 30 g apple ipod video

I do not have any sound from either end when I try to listen to my ipod. Everything else seems to work fine. I also use this in my vehicle.

Clarification Request

Have you tried to reset it to factory setting. Hold the top button and the middle button until it resets. Or you can try on your home pc. have you did that yet?

i would NOT recommend restoring your Ipod,take it to a shop mate.
