How do i take the parental control of my son dsi he put it on there by accident and know all he can do is play games he can't take pics or go on internent

Go to parental controls in system settings. When it asks 'Change Parental Controls settings?' tap yes. When it brings up a numeric keypad, tap the center button, "I Forgot". Next, tap "I Forgot" again. Now you will be shown a screen with a number at the bottom (the 'inquiry number'). Go to http://wii.marcansoft.com/parental.psp on your computer and enter this number in the field marked confirmation number. Set the current date in your timezone and click get reset code. And Voila! Your DSi is now parental control free!

    I need to know what movie to put down for perental controles for dsi
    all you need to do is go into the settings for a dsi and then select parental controls. you follow the directions to set the controls. if you want to remove the lock then you need the code to do so or you can contact nintendo (1-800-255-3700). you can also try this tool which is used to recover dsi parental codes. http://wii.marcansoft.com/parental.wsgi

    My son forgot his dsi password. What do we do next?
    Hi.

    Go into system settings and navigate to parental controls, tap on yes to change parental controls. Where the DSI asks for the password tap on "I forgot", it should then take you to the secret question page. Enter the secret question and you should be able to reset the password. If your son has forgotten his secret question again tap on "i forgot". It will then give you an 8 digit code. Leave it on that screen for the time being. Don't tap OK.
    Post that code here and I should be able to provide you with a 5 digit code so you can reset the password and clear the parental settings.

    You're going to have to call nintendo to remove the parental controls. They will give you a special code to remove the parental controls.
