Touch pad not working acer aspire 5630

Acer is a good workhorse computer but one of it's flaws is it's mouse pad and button board assembly. I have had to refer this issue to Acer several times and the reply was to send them the unit and they will replace the board. Two of the units I sent in were not under warranty and Acer still repaired them. They are aware of the issue and are real good about customer relations. One note: If you have altered or changed the operating system from the factory version they will default it and send you back a clean fresh os minus your applications and data. Call their tech. support line and they will issue you an "RMA" number.
