Try to check whether the power connection is somewhat loose or nearly loose in the plug, it affects somewhow. try to plug and unplug it it the outlet and see if its loosen. then you might need an adapter to keep it intact with the power outlet.

Toshiba HD ready TV ct 90158 makes high pitched sound

A high pitch sound can be a capacitor losing power it would sound a bit like a fire work. most have back up on the board but it put more pressure on them the more times you use the tv. would check them and replace. all of them can be 5 in a row in some models.

Garmin Nuvi 755t Stuck in power up cycle

You can do two things.

First, plug the GPS in overnight in a regular USB charger. If the battery charges up, then the problem is with your Garmin vehicle cable.

If it does not charge up, you can buy a battery replacement kit for it:

Toshiba 32C100U popping sound no picture

Might be worth the effort to open it and have a look for loose plugs or a ribbon cable somewhere--if do look for any plugs that are held down with tape near where they plug in.

Samsung LE26R7 4BD, approx 4 years old, colour distortions

Check all of your cables on the back of the tv and your sources such as Cable,Sat box and DVD palyer to make sure they are fully inserted into the input and output connectors. Some times Component cables will work loose and you end up with a missing color. Temprature changes can affect intermittant connections. If that does work then you have a bad Main bd.

had the same problem. Called Yamaha tech, They said try unplugging it it from the wall for at least an hour. That worked. Then it came back. My son the geek unplugged the cable where it goes into the unit and plugged it back in. Problem went away! So.... methinks it's as simple as keeping the contacts going into the wall outlet AND the plug going into the unit CLEAN. Here's a link on some good ideas on how to do that:

My XBOX 360 has a Sound but no picture issue.

Well the main solution that you're going to get from Microsoft is to unplug everything from your console and your TV and then wait a couple minutes and plug it back in while everything is off. If the problem still persists, instead of buying a new 360, try borrowing a friend's AV cable and see if that works. Try not to unplug or replug anything while the console or TV is still on. Or it could just possibly be all of the jostling around in your suitcase and nothing has come loose enough to stop working until now. Sorry I can't be more helpful, these are just some ideas.

Z10 USB connection does not work

My symptoms were that the speakers stopped working all of a sudden. Display showed power but gave no access to volume adjustment and did not play sounds.

I read a vague comment by another poster and it worked!
They said to unplug it from the power plug and leave it overnight before replugging it in...... at first I dismissed this, and tried everything else to no resolution. I was ready to return the speakers but decided to unplug it and see... Bingo********! in the morning

Z-10 is now back in action.
