Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
It is an Error code F-35-9 that showed up on my Konica 7020. It asks me to contact a service professional.
I need to bypass this screen temporarily just to be able to print a written "copier count" report for my service company. We will not use the copier until the service professional comes out, but we need the official copier count report to reactivate the service contract.
Can you help temporarily bypass the message just to generate the report? We are contacting a local professional after generating report.
35-9 is a low temperature error in the fuser.If the fuser has a problem it will not make a copy period.Sorry. Mrbonz
