Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
Everytime i try turning on the player, it says refresh database. it goes through abt half way, gets stuck and there are either green or blue lines running down the entire screen.
When i try plugging it into the computer, it does the same thing. I cannot access the music on the player from the player itself and i cannot access the player from the computer.
Any suggestions on how to reset the player or fix the problem?
Do you have a SD card plugged in? Try removing it and turning the player back on. Refresh runs much longer with the card.

Is there a reset butten somewhere on it well if it is then get a paper clip and un bend it a press rest and then turn on your sandisk sansae260 and see what it say and maybe that will sovle your problem Have a great happy fun day
