the voice mail key is the #1 key on the keypad as well it should have an envelope icon on the keypad as well, just press and hold the #1 key and follow the step by step instructions to setup you voice mail.
You are asking about changing you voice mail and phone system settings. Your phone can work on several different Panasonic phone systems and you could have different voice mail systems as well.
The phone KX-T7633 has only a user guide that covers the basic features of the phone itself. You need a programming and installation manual for your phone system AND your voice mail. They are not the same part and have different manuals.
So, your first step is to find out the model number of your phone system and voice mail system.
