I use a bulk ink system which is not Epson so printer did not recognise the ink supply.
I 1) Turned printer off
2) Removerd bulk ink suppy tanks
3) Fitted Epson ink tanks [ dont matter empty or full ]
4) Turn on printer and let it go through it's start up prcedure
5) Do not turn printer off but do ink change procedure and refit bulk ink tanks
6) Do Nozle Check/Clean/Realignment

Move ink carriage over and remove the bulk ink supply tanks.
Refit original (Empty) ink tanks
Restart printer (Which then resets everything
Using menue select "Replace ink cartridge"
Remove empty original tanks
Refit bulk ink supply tanks
Check print and clean heads
Whalah job sorted

This work for rx600, am not sure about rx620 but you can give it a try,

press all the following buttons at the same time: Power+B&W+Color
then you will see a message on your printer's screen
turn off the printer

Good luck!

Hi

Open the glass cover on top of printer, check a switch for lock and unlock on left or right hand side of the printer. toggle it to unlock position, turn it back on and check if there are errors still.

Keep me posted.

Hi

If its E-90 error then there is a hardware problem with the printer already.

I had this problem also. What i did was hold down the 'stop' and the 'B&W' buttons while powering up. this erased the error message and now I am up and running fine again.

Epson Rx620

The user's manual said: "Turn this product off, and then back on. Then make sure the transportation lock is released. If the error message still appears, contact your dealer."

If you open the lid, there is a transporation lock on the lower left. Make sure you unlock it before you turn on the machine.

Hope this helps.
