Hello Manish, SMS and Phone Book also consume the Internal Memory.... It seems that you have many SMS and Phone Book entry. You can try to delete all the Sent SMS and delete unwanted entries from your Phone Book.
1. On the handheld Home screen, click the Address Book icon. 2. Click the trackwheel and select SIM Phone Book. The SIM phone book is loaded. 3. Click on the contact you want to import and select Add to Address Book. 4. In the New Address screen, add any additional information.
If you need the regular phone manual, you can download it from www.nokia.com If you want the service manual, well, then your out of luck. Only approved repairshops and nokia have those.
You can connect it to a pc via the usb port and transfer all of it into the computer. Some programs actually allow you to see the screens of the phone on the pc so try that out.
