When i am start my nokia 3110c it show a welcome note(nokea) then its screen color is white then black then atomatic my mobile is swicth off i think its software is curapt i dont know how to install it

follow these steps: 1) remove the back case 2) press the power on button 3) remove the battery (button still pressed) 4) insert the battery (button still pressed) repeat 2-3 times, this will solve the issue... if it helps plz vote it
