Question about Car Audio & Video
I have had the headunit in my car for a week and everything worked fine.
one day nothing worked the unit automatically reverts to USB mode when trying to play cd or radio, however the USB mode fails to work also.
i have power to the unit as and when there should be and all the connections and wiring harnesses are all correct and undamaged.
i have tried the troubleshooting guide in the manual and got nowhere.
i have also tried resetting the unit but still no joy
please can anyone help me
Here's what Halford's told me to do; Remove the unit (by taking off the front bit, then using the keys to get the main bit out). You should see a red and a yellow power cable. Take the red and yellow cables out of the sockets, and swap them. This apparently re-orients the power and allows the unit to store data and resume playback etc more effectively. Hope it helps...
