You can unlock the samsung C3303K champ easily,You can use the unlock code to unlock it...get the unlock code from the site Unlocking4u.com and unlock it,then use any GSM Network Sim card.
Just place a jar files(games or apps) on a memory card. Then just click on the apps or games it will install. Samsung champ will only install below 500 kb/apps or game, if you want to install higher than that just used this code by dialing *#52828378# you will go to Java Test Menu, then go to OTA test, change 500 to 4000 then save. You can now install as much higher than 500 kb but less than 4 mb.
