Bet you have a bent flash card pin. Remove the card and look in the slot for a bent pin. If so, remain calm as you might be able to fix it. Remove the camera batteries and card. Use a small/skinny jeweler's flat screwdriver to bend the pin back as close as possible. Take your time and use as much patience as you can muster (take a breather in between if needed).

It doesn't have to be perfect, just as close as you can get it. When it's there, take your flash card and "SLOWLY" insert it. The card itself should fine-align the pin. Remove the card, and verify that the pin is still straightened. If so, reinsert the card and try it out.

I had this camera for a couple months and it currently contains a 16gb memory card with a few pictures on there. my camera is a vivicam f536 and when i start it up an i fix this?it says storage error and...

did you try taking the memory card out of the camera and putting it directly into your PC to download the pictures?

The other problem could be, is that the memory card was never formatted correctly. Once you get the pictures off, if possible, reinsert the memory card into your camera, and search thru the menu for formatting the memory card. I do believe that could solve your problem.

Hi,
To remove the error, follow the instruction:-

1) Turn OFF the camera. 2) Remove the memory card from your camera. 3) Reinsert the memory card, then push down on the card until you hear a click. check the memory card is firmly fitted in your camera. 4) Turn ON your camera.
This will clear your error.
Have a nice day Rating the solution is highly appreciated.

Sandisk micro SD "card error"

The five pics are being stored on the camera's internal memory. The card you used was formatted and used in your phone. It's a miracle it worked at all. You need to get a new card, format it in your new camera have fun.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS5 cant upload photos!!

Did your friend use the "safely remove hardware" function when removing your card from her computer? That could corrupt your card if she didn't. Try this...take your card to a store like Walmart that has a Kodak picture kiosk. They can usually read everything on a card. There, you can print the pics or even make a cd of them. Afterwards, format your card in your camera.

There is a small switch at the base that needs to be moved to the "Unlocked" position. It's at the side of the card.

File Error

You need to format first your memory card so that your camera will be able to properly recognize the memory card that you are using.

Go to Set Up and select Format option. Hit on Yes.
