This issue when we try to scan from the all-in-one, once try to scan from the all-in-one software, make sure that the software is inatlled properly because we can scan from the all-in-one only when the full feature software is installed in the computer. If we are able to scan properly from the computer then check whether digital imaging monitor is running or not in the taskbar. If it is not running reinstall the all-in-one software
If still can't get scan to work. Printer states "no scan options".
If you have windows vista and it comes up with the "no scan options" don't press the button on the printer, go to "start" then "accessories" then "paint". This will open up the windows paint program. Go to "File" then click on "From scanner or printer". It will then scan the document.Thanks
