Question about Kodak EASYSHARE 5500 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Have just purchased a 5300 aio and am unable to download pictures from a 2gb SD card using the slot on front of machine. Works ok with 1gb.
Thats a difficult situation and I apologize if this does not work. These are a few things Kodak will tell you to try though.
Take the sd card out.
Power the printer off.
Unplug the printer, you must do this for over 30 seconds.
Plug the printer in and turn it on.
Try the sd card again.
If that does not work, try a firmware upgrade from www.kodak.com/go/5300downloads.
As always, verify that the SD card is not configured with folders on the card. Aka Pictures cannot be in folders.
One other thing you could try is to format the SD card from your camera. This will delete your pictures though.
If none of these steps work, you may just need to try a new card.
