Question about Cameras
Open your device manager and click view by connection option a usb component will be highlighted then uninstall and reinstsall with cam hooked up to usb port.
you may need to use a inexpensive usb2 port adapter about 1.00 in most dollar tree stores good luck one last thing make sure that your cam is configured for the type batterie's you are useing
