Actually its not a sony ericsson, it's a nokia 5310 Xpress Music phone. i put another sim in the phone to check if it was still working, it wasnt. but when i returned my original sim to my phone, i found that my contacts saved on my phone memory was no longer displayed. i went to my contact settings on my phone to select both sim and phone memory but it requires a code for the phone memory and i cant remember the code i put in. i even tried restoring factory settings but that requires the same phone lock code. HELP!!!
You need to take the phone to a mobile store and ahve them reset the code for you

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!
