To delete songs from your device follow the steps below
You have to make sure that the device is on MSC mode...then make sure your device is plug in to the computer..Then go to programs - accesories - windows explorer, find the SanDisk in my computer, go to media, music and delete them from there.
Either under sync panel in your windows media player it will show your music when it's connected. just click the plus signs for what song you need to get rid of, right click and click delete.
To format it..on your device..go under..menu, setting and there should be a format option option there..let me know if that doenst work for you...
Hope this helps

P.S.Please rate accordingly...
Thank You

Why does my mp3 have a white screen

Remove any additional items in MP3. Such as micro memory stick and restart. Corrupt memory sticks cause this error. Also you could leave MP3 on and let power drain. Then recharge

My mp3 gogear 2gb says formet your player fat32

Fat32 refers to the way the device hooks up to your computer. It's like using a usb memory stick. When you format it, it will allow your pc to properly read the device so you can put music and data on it. Just let it format it.

How do i flash a 2gb mix stick plus player? is it possible to flash it to the firmware of a mix max player, so it can play videos?

Ordinarily you would format the player to FAT32, this will delete all content, but will make it compatible with all common video formats.

"No Song" displayed even though music has been loaded, many times

The songs ripped from CD are not in the right format. In Windows Media Player, highlight the Rip tab, click the black arrow under the Rip tab, select Rip Options --> Format --> Mp3. Now, re-rip the songs. Before you transfer these tracks to the player, make sure you delete the tracks that are on the mp3 player now, or else Windows Media Player wil ltell you that the tracks are already there. Now, transfer the newly-ripped Mp3 tracks to your Sansa. Should be good to go.
