I would suspect that the main drum bearings have failed.
From the front of the washer, spin the drum by hand, and if it feels rough or is noisy, then the bearings have failed.
There should be little or no noise when you spin the drum.

SOUNDS LIKE JET PLANE WHEN IT GETS BY RINSE AN SPIN TIME

I assume you mean it sounds like a jet plane when it spins, if so, I suspect a bad tub bearing. Depending on age of the machine, probably too expensive to repair.

Jet Plane noise in spin cycle

The bearing in the outer tub assembly is going out and you will need to replace it. Here is the part if you want to order it but you might want to look into buying another machine.

Sounds like a jet plane taking off when it spins, I think I got in 2003 Also the top of the agitator wont stay on

Has it always sounded like a jet plane? If it has. Then who installed your new washing machine didn't disengaged the two counter weight inside the washing machine. There two concert block or plastic block inside the washing machine. Each block is attached to one end of counter blanching bar which has some spring attached to them. During manufacturing these weights are tied down for shipment. During installation the ties are removed then the washing machine can be leveled.

Counter weights are used to off set the uneven load in the tub. That way the washing will not start walking in the house. Side load washing machine use a plastic donut the fits around the drum and it fill with fluid for counter weight.

Now the cap of the agitator, it broken. The locking tabs are broke off. needs to replace. I hope you said the top of the agitator and not the agitator is coming out. If it is, you got major problems. stewbison

Sounds like the inside is a jet plane while in spin cycle very lose inside like something is loose ore broken like a belt

If the washer is vibrating a lot, then you could have a bad drum bearing. There are also counter weights and shock absorbers that could be bad. The best thing to do is take off the back panel and look inside. many times the problem can be clearly seen. Usually a loud noise like a jet plane on spin cycle means a bad bearing. This can be costly unless you can do the work yourself. The parts are readily available.

the drum bearings have gone, expensive repair, this is caused by over loading the machine
