I HAVE AN 02 CARD, SIM AND I WHANT TO SET A SIM LOCK . WHEN DOING THIS THE SIM GET LOCK AND ASKED FOR THE PUK NUMBER . WHICH WAS NOT WITH THE PARK , CAUSE I BUT THE SIM WITH A GT540 LG PHONE AT ARGOS .

if it is locked via PIN wrong use then you will need the PUK
The PUK is asked when you (or someone else) tried to introduce the PIN number 3 times incorrectly.
To get the PUK look for the card that came with your sim card that has the PIN number. In it you will find also the PUK number. If you don't have this card anymore, contact your operator and be ready to have some form of ID with you
Dear, PUK code is not personally asked by your phone, it is asked by your sim card. you must have putted a wrong PIN code 3 times, thats why your sim gets lock temporarly, but now if you enter a wrong PUK CODE 10 times, then your sim may gets locked for parmanently. but, you can get your PUK code easily by just calling your sim's helpline number. they will surely provivd you your PUK CODE.
PUK codes are used when the SIM card has been blocked, in order to unlock the card for use. When you turn on your phone with the SIM card inserted, you should be prompted to enter the code in order to enable the SIM card.
