Electrolux/AEG 3798-6 KG fridge freezer

Electrolux/AEG 3798-6 KG fridge freezer light is on but not cooling, when top door is opened there is a low humming noice but no cooling. cost of fixing this as opposed to buying a new? Any help would be appreciated.Thanks.
