Bank 1 sensor 2 that would be ft manifold botton sensor on manifold the second sensorthanmkyou also you need to check
to see how much air come out of 02semsor hole because
if you don't replace right away the converter. Melts and needs to be replaced also

On the 1MZ alloy block V6 it is on top between the engine coolant filler cap (not the one on the radiator) and the dogbone engine steady bar.

Change bank 1 sensor 1 this will solve your problem. Tihs is a fuel issue nit a thermostat issue.

All of these codes are for a bad A/F sensor (O2 sensor) bank # 1 sensor # 1 nothing to do with spark plug of gas cap. Replace this sensor and your code will go away.

Bank 1 is the same side as cylinder #1 and bank 2 is the same side as cylinder #2. Good luck and hope this helps.
