The manual for the printer indicates that this condition is caused by a Canon BJ cartridge is not installed. If one is installed, then the cartridge might be defective. Check out the manual: http://www.precision.com/manuals/Canon_BJC3000_Manual.pdf
for more information.

While my computer is running the light on the frount is flashing orange. I thought it was always green before. Is there a problem

i removed the connector at "J5J3 pswrd."

this is the blue thing between the battery and the card slot.

i tried everything else such as new M/B battery. remove/change ram. take out extra card, etc.

I just fixed my dell dimension 3100 by doing this.

DELL DIMENSION 3000 FLASHING ORANGE LIGHT HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM?

This means that the computer is receiving electrical power, but an internal power problem might exist.
Ensure that the voltage selection switch is set to match the AC power at your location (if applicable).

Ensure that the processor power cable is securely connected to the system board. You have to open the cover and locate these parts. If you are not confident then I will suggest that you take assistance of a technician

No boot, a - orange, b - orange, c - green, d - green. weird clicking sound every now and then

That clicking noise, could be what's known as the hard drive click of death. Meaning that your hard drive may have died.

What you need to do is to check that the CPU fan is spinning when it is turned on. Check that the RAM is seated, remove them and clean the gold fingered contacts with tissue paper. Reinsert the RAM modules. Remove the connection to the Hard drive, power included and power on your system, any change? If not then the problem lies elsewhere.

Take care!

When the computer is plugged in it doesnt work. The datech fan doesnt work. The front of the computer displays an orange light instead of green. If I replace the fan will this correct the problem

Replacing the fan as far as I know should not cause a light change but instead the computer would get hot shutdown every time he got too warm the orange light usually signifies a hardware problem. If you have opened your computer before you might have accidentally disconnected the hard drive or one of the cables from the motherboard. If the hard drive is disconnected that usually will get an orange light or if a ram chip is missing or not in all the way does a computer beep when you turn it on

I have a canon bjp 3000 and it is showing a 7 orange light flash and will not respond to and anything

Try the following steps to reset printer:
1: Power off printer
2: Hold Resume button then press and hold POWER, the beeper will sound once.
3: Hold POWER and release RESUME
4: Press RESUME twice
5: When the indicator lights steady, press RESUME three(3) times. The indicator should be orange.
6: Press Power to set data

Should that fail, unplug the printer from AC power source (wall socket) and from PC. Wait about 5 minutes, replug and reconnect to PC and power on.

If even this does not work, there is a problem with the printer's logic board, and you will either need to get it serviced, or buy a new one (whichever works out cheaper for you...)

Hope that helps! Should you have any further questions, please feel free to post them here.

Hai
If its trying to make some mechanical sound, try putting some A4 size papaer in the tray so that to finish any incomplete printing work.
