The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

Cant do anything the padlock sign is on and I dont know how to remove it so I can upload my pics to pc thanks averil, greece

It sounds like you have put the photo's into a protected state.
According to Pentax guides, you may have inadvertantly set it to protect all photo's. To release this you need to:

Set the mode dial to >
Press the key/padlock sign button twice
Select Unprotect using the 4 way control pad
Press ok.

To unprotect a single photo

Set the mode dial to > and select the individual photo
Press the key padlock sign button once
Select Unprotect using the 4 way control pad
Press ok.

Hope that helps!

My Philips 20PT633 has started shutting off mid program.

Consult your technician there is a semiconductor problem inside your tv. Probably lose connection, and need to resolder.

Cannot Print Using KM1820

Make sure that you downloaded the correct drivers....Etc... (x64) vs (x86) also make sure you have the proper script # driver ... Etc... #5.1 vs #6. You will want to completely uninstall all the old drivers, shut down your computer --- do not just reboot, reinstall all the new drivers, and after your computer is done rebooting – shut it down and restart.
