Question about Dell Computers & Internet
All Dell computers have information a Service Tag on the back of the unit (or bottom if it is a laptop). This Service Tag number can be entered into the Warranty Information Center on Dell's website to determine eligibility.

Dell should be able to help with the problem even if Best Buy cannot. Good Luck.
