some numbers are not disaplayed.

i can't read the caller id information on my phone. it's like the top half of the numbers and names have been cut off.

Cannot read display. Some letters and numbers do not appear as they should. Parts of letters and numbers do not light up. Some do not appear at all. I do not know what to do to try to solve the problem.
