It says its disabled and wont let me do anything .hw do i fix it

What most likely has happened is that you or someone was trying to access your iPod and tried to enter a passcode to get in. After a certain amount of tries, your iPod will disable itself. Here's how you can get it back.

Step 1: Turn on your computer, and connect your iPod to your computer with the USB cable that came with your iPod.

Step 2: Open up iTunes on your computer.

Step 3: In iTunes, go to the left side of your screen and scroll down, when you see your iPod, select it.

Step 4: You should now see on the right side of your screen some general iPod information. Scroll down to until you see a "Restore" button.

Step 5: Hit Restore, and wait for a few minutes. THIS WILL WIPE EVERYTHING THAT WAS IN YOUR IPOD AND RESYNC IT WITH EVERYTHING THAT IS IN YOUR ITUNES LIBRARY.
This is the only working method known.
