With Internet Explorer open, go to Tools-->Delete Browsing History and click the Delete All button at the bottom. Then go to Tools-->Internet Options. Click on the Privacy tab and click the Default button. Finally, click on the Security tab and go through each zone at the top, clicking on the Default button for each zone. Restart Internet Explorer and try going to blackplanet.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

When i try to get to the website i get re directed to another website that has nothing to do with realplayer

Hi Roggie,

Did you already signed off or you we're disconnected? Anyway, can be viewed using several connections in my area. So this is a routing error on your internet provider's connection to's server and vice versa.

This is what I see:

I tried using to try to view the website from the US but it gave me a blank page. So this is really a routing problem as the sites cannot be viewed by certain areas.

You can test this by opening a command prompt and typing:

It will give you the information where data travels. If it gives you several "request timed outs" then the problem lies with the connection and will be probably fixed soon.

It would also help if you report this trace results to your internet service provider. It could be their connection to

Hope this explains things for you.

LinkedIn tanks at log in w/ Windows Vista, fine with prior operating systems

It sounds like you have connection issues.
For starter please consider disabling your firewall (under control panel) then try connecting.
If this doesn't work please try reseting internet explorer settings (under explorer-tools).
Check with tech support of linkedln to see if they require special internet explorer security settings and have them walk you through your settings to make sure nothing has changed.
Last but not least I'd try to go to system restore and restore to a point where you are sure evrything had worked like couple of weeks ago or even one month ago if possible.
(start-programs-accessories-system tools-system restore).
The system restore tool doesn't erase or change any data although if installed any program since that point you are going to have to reinstall it since system restore will restore all registry information to that specific point and disregard everything you did afterwards, therefor I'm going to have to tell you to use at your own risk.
Good luck.
Thank you for using agadycom.
