And there is NO doubt in my mind that Fixya has never provided a recovery disk for your or anyone's model computer. What we can do sometimes depending on our experience levels with various computers is provide information that might help someone create their own recovery disk from software that comes installed from the OEM factory on their computers. For example, my Sony Vaio has recovery software that creates factory default recovery DVDs, and Fixya has no legitimate and probably no legal reason to be providing such information.
