Question about PC Desktops

2 Answers

On July 14/08 I was charged $55.57 on my Viza card for a renewal of Norton annual renewal 877-294-52. I no longer have that computer as it crashed and was 5 yrs old. I would like a credit issued to my Visa as I no longer use your product. Carol Allam, Phone: 1-604-590-3877. Just a note I have not had the above computer since April of this year.

Wondering why I was charged for the Norton service when I was never able to down load it, I had to have Dell remove what fragments were in my PC, I need my money reimbursed! I had already discontinued...

You may have been charged an automatic annual renewal fee. Go to https://www.mynortonaccount.com/amsweb/default.do?product_lang=EN and login (if you remember your user name). You can cancel your account so at least you don't get charged again next year.

You can contact Norton directly and maybe they can refund your money.
Here is Norton's support page:

Hope that helps!

Norton are requesting payment which is not due

Fixya has nothing whatsoever to do with Norton. Just ignore the request to renew the subscription on the old computer no longer in service.

Message says my subscription has expired? I purchased Internet Security from Nortons on 12/7/07 why has it expired? It appars I am no longer protected and do not understand why this is.

Most of the Norton antivirus comes with one year subscription. date u mentioned here seems like more then 1 year old. That's why it says expired
If you dont want to spend any more money on antivirus then uninstall this one and download AVG from this site. this is really good antivirus for free and good for ever.
