Take the memorycard out of the phone and,
put it in a computer.Use filesystem FAT-32
to reformat your memorycard.
Now the card will work again!
No password, No files will be left after a
complete reformat

Have you installed the driver cd?
it may not work without installation
Yo could get a card reader so the memory card will coonect directly to the computer

your firmware needs to be reflash

if it is not being formatted try it on your pc or laptop and format it or take the card back and try a new one.

card. This menu is shown only when a memory card is
inserted into the phone.

You can check the total amount of memory for media
items and the amount of memory currently in use in

• Your phone is preset to use FAT16-formatted memory cards.
If you insert a FAT32-formatted memory card,

1.is the card 4 a d900? the card u need is a micro sd if u have tha card i cnt see y it wont work

try reformatting your mem card...

Turn off your unit and turn back on. Then try to access the memory and keep in doing until you can open it. Thats what my friend do on her phone. It works.
