Have just purchased SPC110NC, and Vista plug-n-play installed it, but it does not show in Control Panel. I then downloaded and installed the driver from Philips (no disc in the box). Still no cam recognized. Nothing. Nada. Using a new HP a6500F with Vista. In Yahoo Messenger I get a black screen, but cannot even use the camera in any other application. Add Hardware will not let me install it - won't give me the option. This bites.

I can actually go into the camera and scanners feature in the control panel but it will onl allow me to take snapshots....I just get the same old black screen when trying to use the product as a webcam...taking it back for a refund; I see I am not the only one with this issue with the Phillips SPC110NC...Nice product crappy results.

I've tried restarting my computer after it was automatically installed and still no affect. I have windows XP (x64 edition) and I just bought the cam... I really don't want to go back to walmart, that place is worse than hell! Yay for black screens...
