You are running wireless I take it. If you have a Netgear, Linksys, or D-Link then run the utility that came with the Network Card, and search for visible networks and reconnect to yours. Usually this problem is from a weak signal.... if that doesn't work you can also try reseting the router and the cable modem if you have one... after you reset both of those, reboot your PC so it can pick up a new IP.
