Steam Tech has not answered this question Yet. iT HAS BEEN THREE DAYS AND COUNTING. I'm not very happy with their customer support.
Anyways, I've installed this game which installed steam and when it goes to updateing it will get to 26% and then I get this message stating
"STEAM IS ALREADY RUNNING. YOU MAY ONLY RUN ONE COPY OF STEAM AT A TIME".
Any ideas in fixting this?
