My nero software has been completely wiped out from my PC. I have reference numbers to reactivate it but can't find a place to download it from. I use Window XP Home edition Version 2002 Service Pack 2. Please help, can't afford to get anything expensive just now.

Hi, Ok Firstly, I take it that you are in need of a Serial Number for Nero? If this is the case, you need to be a little more specific. IE: Which Version of Nero do you require a Serial for? Nero 6, Nero 7, Nero 8, Nero 9? Also, I take it that you do actually own a Legitimate (Original) Copy of Nero, but you just seem to of lost the Serial Number somewhere? If this is correct, reply back with the information I listed above, and we'll take it from there.
You had an "Express" version of Nero, and you're trying to install the full version, which carries a higher price tag. If you can't find your original installation CDs, you could check with your computer manufacturer and explain the problem. They might be able to send you a replacement.
Be very careful if they suggest using the "Restore CD", as that may wipe out everything on your computer and put it back to what it looked like when you first got it!
At that point, you'd be better off buying the full version of Nero.
