OPENED UP WASHING MACHINE- CHECKED COUPLER- LOOKS GOOD. WHAT DO YOU THINK IS THE 2ND THING WE SHOULD CHECK??

If it washes (agitates) check the lid switch next - thats just below the hole in the top. poke a wooden pencil in to aactivate or just remove and check switch
