    I just started having the same issue with mine. Mr. Fantastic what she is saying is the up arrow on the touch pad when pressed sends the temp down just as the down arrow does. I am guessing that its a faulty touch sensor or problem with the circuit board. If you solved your problem please post what you found.

    I have the exact same problem. Looks like either the control panel assembly with the membrane switches need to be replaced and/or the microcomputer. Would be nice to know if it was just one of these that needed to be replaced.

    After using the self cleaning, the temperature will only work at 350 and lower, even when the temperature up button is pushed.

The 350 as you stated is a default set point that you see before you start the cycle. What you should see afterwards (start bake) is the current temperature - which would normally be lower than the set or desired temperature - it will eventually get there

Oven temperature is offf by 30 degrees

Hello,

It does vary some by model yet the control can usually be calibratied by;

Pushing and holding the BAKE button until the tempature that is displayed changes to 00 then push the up/down arrows to adjust the temp. +/- up to 35 degrees once ya have selected the ajustment all be it up, or down 30 degrees push the cancel/off button and the change will be saved

The actual temperature of my oven does not agree with what it says on the digital readout in the clock area. I have been told that you can adjust the reading of the clock, but I cannot find the service...

Press bake and set temp. to highest setting on some it's 500 on others it's 550 aftef setting to highest bake setting. Press and hold bake button until 00 is displayed,use up/down arrows to adjust in 5 degree incriments to plus/minus 35 dergees . ONce you've adjusted it push cancel/off button and you adjustment will be stored even if power loss and clock went out.
If your temp is more than 35 degrees off the clock needs to be replaced

The teamperature on the digital display can say 350 degrees and the oven thermatore that is located in the oven reads 310. Does this oven need to be calibrated? The oven is 6 years old.

The thermometer that hang on rack are Whooly inaccurate. A good one is the TAYLOR brand. As long as things bake within recipe time no adjustment needed but to do it;
  1. Press BAKE

  2. Select the maximum temp. depending on model it either 500 or 550

  3. Quickly (within 5-seconds of setting 550) press and hold the BAKE button approximately 5-15 seconds until "00" or the previously entered temperature adjustment is displayed.

    Pressing longer could cause an F0, F1 or F7 error to be displayed.

  4. Press the UP/DOWN arrow button to change the oven temperature in 5° increments to a maximum of +/- 35°

  5. Press the CLEAR or OFF button to return to normal operation.
But before doing that i suggest a new high quality thermometer that you hang on oven rack

What is the procedure for recalibrating the digital oven temp control for a built-in, dual element electric unit?

Oven will be off, of course.

Depress the Bake button; hold it down for 5-7 seconds.

The default offset of 0 will appear in the numerical display. Or, if the oven has previously been adjusted, you'll see that setting. Use the 'up' or 'down' arrow to adjust the temperature by the desired amount. The adjustments are in increments of 5 degrees F. Maximum adjustment is 35.

Press 'Start' to save the new setting.

I recommend rechecking the oven temp at this time. I expected to see a 25 degree increase, but all I got was 10.

We have a digital controll that is not accurate on the oven temp....off by 25 degrees. How do we calibrate it...as in when it is 350 inside the oven, how do we set the digital control to that temp.

on most modesl this is called a clibration adjustment
most have a code that you can enter into the erc
if you still have your book, it is in the directions
most work this way
push and hold bake for 5 sec
you should get a double 00
then use the up arrows to adjust the temp
if this does not work send me the model number
ill send you the directions
