Question about Kirby Ultimate G Bagged Upright Vacuum
I have a Kirby Sentria and I'm trying to use the shampooer, but it seems like its putting the water down but not sucking it back up. Can you help?
HERE is the shampooer manual. There is no suction involved picking up the water. It simply scrubs the solution off the rug and throws it in the tray in front of the Kirby vacuum.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Too late for your party, but my take on the matter is that you either didn't have the belt lifted all the way up before you put the shampooer head onto the machine, (brushroll was not spinning) or you may not have had the height adjustment lowered all the way to the floor. I have a store on a POPULAR auction site under the same ID as I am using here. If you can't find your manual, I have some in my online store.
